How to Speed Up Burning DVDs in Media Center

    • 1). Launch Windows Media Player. Click on "Burn Options" and then "More Options."

    • 2). Click on "Burn Speed." Adjust the levels to your liking, either increasing or decreasing the burning speed by moving the slider to the left (to speed up) or to the right (to slow down).

    • 3). Click "Done" once you've adjusted the burning speed to your liking.

    • 4). Launch Windows Media Center and burn your DVD. Since you've adjusted the burning speed settings, the burning process in Media Center should speed up and run more smoothly.
