How to Adjust the CPU Multiplier on the ASUS P5Q SE Motherboard

    • 1). Press "Del" on the keyboard during startup to enter the BIOS. You must press the key before the operating system loads.

    • 2). Navigate to the "Advanced" screen using the right and left arrow keys. Press the "down arrow" key and "Tab" to select "CPU Configuration."

    • 3). Adjust the "CPU Ratio Setting" to change the multiplier. Press the "+" and "-" keys to select the desired multiplier setting. Increasing the multiplier speeds up (overclocks) the CPU, while decreasing it reduces the clock speed. Press "F10" to save the new settings and exit the BIOS.
