Getting dumped by your partner is not a pleasant thing to occur.
It can cause many other problems including anxiety and depression just to mention a few.
We wonder if he/she is seeing someone else.
We can lose self respect and feel all alone.
Easier said than done I admit, but it need not be like that.
There are several things that can be done and several ways that we can get our ex back.
Lots of techniques we can use, but first must come the most important thing of all.
We must immediately realise that we have been dumped, we must accept it as a fact.
Then the most important of all we MUST step right back from the situation and have a very good look at it.
Get right away from our ex for an extended time, at least a month.
Don't make any contact in that time, no messages, no email and very definitely no phone calls.
Get out and about and enjoy yourself as much as you can under the circumstances.
Go out with others .
Your ex will see you getting on with your life without him/her.
This has several advantages.
It gives us time to think rationally and not to panic.
During this time we need to answer some questions of ourselves .
Why was I dumped? Is one of the most critical questions we can answer, Do we really want her/him back? is another question that must be answered and a month without contact will almost certainly answer that for you.
It gives out partner time to think as well.

But right at the beginning we MUST accept it and stand back from it.
