PaperPort 11 is a digital paper program that organizes and displays digital documents that everybody in an office can quickly find and use. PaperPort works with electronic hardware-like scanners, multifunction printers, and networked digital copiers to turn paper documents into digital documents. It also helps manage the documents along with other electronic documents in one filing system. Get more tips by selecting the "How to Guides" from the "Help" menu. - The Folders Pane is an organizational display similar to Windows Explorer that appears on the left-hand side of your screen when you launch PaperPort 11. You'll find all of your digital documents in the "My PaperPort Documents" folder. Click the "Folders" button on the "Command" bar to show or hide the Folders Pane. Use the "Views" button to change the viewing. Rearrange or delete folders as suits your preference.
- Display your PaperPort 11 documents in a larger size by selecting the Page View Window. You can also change the look of the item by using the SET tools, listed vertically on the right-hand side of the window, or the Annotation Tools, listed vertically on the left-hand side of the window.
- Scan documents to add to PaperPort 11 by clicking the "Scan or Get Photo" button. You can scan two-sided pages by clicking "Scan Other Side." Import other documents by selecting "Print" on the "File" menu in the document program, then selecting "Print to PaperPort" and the document will automatically export. Capture Web pages by using "Web Capture" and import camera images by plugging your camera into your computer.
