How to Clear an Activity Report in Vista's Parental Controls

    • 1). Log on to the Windows operating system using your administrator name and password.

    • 2). Click "Start," "Control Panel," "System and Maintenance" and "Administrative Tools."

    • 3). Double-click "Event Viewer."

    • 4). Click "Continue" when the "User Account Control" window opens.

    • 5). Click the "Arrow" next to "Applications and Services" in the left pane of the Event Viewer.

    • 6). Click the "Arrow" next to "Microsoft" in the left pane of the Event Viewer.

    • 7). Click the "Arrow" next to "Parental Controls" in the left pane of the Event Viewer.

    • 8). Right-click "Operational" and select "Clear Log."

    • 9). Click "Clear."
