How to Read an Industrial Tire Size

    • 1). Look at the side wall of the tire. There will be a series of letters and numbers along with the manufacturer's name.

    • 2). Locate the last set of numbers, which starts with an R. This stands for radial.

    • 3). Read the two numbers after the R. These correspond to the measurement in inches of the wheel hub size.

    • 4). Purchase a new set of tires in the corresponding size.
