- 1). Empty the shelves on the refrigerator and freezer doors, leaving them open.
- 2). Undo the screws that hold the refrigerator door in place. Leave the screw in the door, but loosen it enough for you to be able to lift the door up slightly and get underneath the parts of the hinge.
- 3). Have your assistant hold the door in place.
- 4). Spray silicone oil into the space between the hinge rest and the door. Repeat this until all of the hinges have been lubed.
- 5). Lower the door back into place and tighten the screws.
- 6). Repeat with the freezer door.
