- 1). Press the "Menu" button on the Brother printer, then choose "LAN," and "Network I/F."
- 2). Press the up and down arrow keys to select "WLAN," then press "OK."
- 3). Click "Yes" when the question "Reboot OK" appears on the screen.
- 4). Go to the "Startup Wizard" by clicking "Menu" again, then "LAN," "Setup LAN," and then selecting "Startup Wizard" from the list of options on the screen.
- 5). Choose your wireless network by using the down and up arrow keys, then press "OK."
- 6). Select either "Shared Key," "Open System," or "WPA/WPA2-PSK," depending on your network security configuration. Select "None" or "WEP" if you chose "Open System."
- 7). Use the arrow keys to select "Key1," press "OK," then enter the encryption password. The encryption password will be the one you use to access the internet on your computer.
- 8). Click "Yes" to keep these settings and establish your wireless connection between the Brother printer and you computer.
- 9). Go to "Start," "Control Panel," "Hardware and Sound," then "Printers.

Click on the option to "Add a Printer," then select "Add a Network, Wireless, or Bluetooth Device." Windows will now look for printer devices connected to your computer. - 11
Select your Brother printer from the list, then click "Next." Windows will automatically perform a search for the printer drivers.
