Number 2 - Duplexing This is a feature on a copier that will allow it to print on both side of the paper.
You may have to spend a few extra bucks when it comes to getting a black and white copier with this feature but if it is necessary you may find that it saves you money in the long run.
Number 3 - Resolution and PPM If you are buying a black and white copier you will still want something that prints good quality images at a realistic speed.
Look at the resolution of the machine.
The higher it is the better the image being printed.
The PPM is the number of pages printed per minute.
This may not seem important but if you regularly print off a large number of documents, say for a sales meeting, you do not want your staff standing around waiting for the copier to catch up!
