- 1). Cut the baffle board to the desired size using the circular saw. Make sure all edges are at 90 degrees.
- 2). Note the center locations of the holes that need to be cut in the baffle. Measure the diameter of the driver cutout required using the measuring tape. On the circle jig, place a screw in the corresponding hole on the jig, in the center of the circle marked for cutting.
- 3). Connect the end of the jig to the designated connection points on the router. Turn on the router and cut a rut in the wood. Repeat this process, lowering the router's bit gradually until the circle is completely cut out.
- 4). Sand the edges of the baffle board and the inner portion of the circles until smooth.
