How Do I Fix NTLDR Missing in Windows Vista 64-Bit?

    • 1). Insert your Windows Vista 64 DVD into your DVD drive and restart your computer.

    • 2). Boot from this DVD by pressing your keyboard when you see "Press any key to boot from CD/DVD." Once you enter that command, your computer will launch the installation DVD.

    • 3). Click "Repair your computer" at the bottom of the installer screen. Select the Vista installation you are repairing; in this case, the Master Boot Record.

    • 4). Click "Startup Repair." Click "Next" to any prompts that appear as Windows fixes your Master Boot Record. Click "Restart" to restart your computer once the process completes. Remove the disc from your computer.
