- 1). Turn off your EB1006 and unplug all cables from the rear of the computer tower.
- 2). Place the computer tower on a sturdy work surface and remove the screws on the rear corners of the tower.
- 3). Slide the removable side panel off the tower to expose the internal components. The rectangular memory module connected to the motherboard is now visible.
- 4). Pull the clips on the sides of the memory module outward to release the module. Set it aside.
- 5). Fit a new DDR2 memory module in the port and press it gently down until the clips lock in place.
- 6). Replace the side panel and screws.
