Trying to Get an Ex-Boyfriend Back But Seem to Be Driving Him Away Instead?

You lost your boyfriend and have been trying to get him back, but it seems like every thing you do is driving him away.
You call him constantly but he won't take your calls.
You send him text-message after text-message but he won't acknowledge or even send one back.
You keep bumping into him at places the two of you use to hang out, he ignores you and looks the other way.
Does this sound familiar? If the above is what you have been doing to get an ex boyfriend back then, it's no wonder you have been driving him away.
Stop what you are doing and think about this, if he broke up with you, then you should ask yourself why? Do you honestly think he broke up with you to spend more time with you? I highly doubt it; it's more like he doesn't want to spend time with you, this is why he broke it off.
So in essence what you are doing is trying to make him spend time with you and the more you do it the further you will drive him away.
Stop chasing him and eventually he will stop running away from you.
It may take up to a month or more before he stops running but, if you break all contact (stop chasing) he will come around and start talking to you again.
In the meantime you can use this time to figure a few things out, as well as doing a few things that should help your ex start thinking about what the two of you had and how good it was when everything was on track.
Answer these questions to assist you in figuring out a few things: 1.
Is what caused the break up important enough to warrant all the attention it is getting? 2.
Is it something that can be put a side for a while or does it warrant an argument right now? 3.
No matter who prevails in the argument, is any thing going to be different or changed dramatically? 4.
Does the issue or problem even warrant an argument to begin with? If you answered no to any of the above questions then chances are whatever you did, did nothing more than "bruise" your ex boyfriends' ego or pride so, why are you dwelling on the issue or problem to begin with? You may be thinking I'm not but my boyfriend is, and you would be correct, men have egos that are easily bruised but that is easy to get past.
Leave him alone for a while and when he is willing to start talking to you again apologize and let him know that you have taken steps to ensure it doesn't happen again.
Now, if you answered yes to the above questions then the issue or problem that led to your ex boyfriend to break up with you was most likely because he felt he wasn't getting what he needed out of the relationship.
I can't tell what his needs are but, if you have been together for any length of time you should already know what they are.
If you are not sure yourself then all you can really do is to wait until he is willing to talk to you then, ask him.
Here are a few things you can do to get your ex boyfriend to start thinking about you and the relationship the two of you had.
First you will need to regain control of your emotions.
Next start going out with mutual friends you and your boyfriend had, live it up, have a good time and try to make sure it gets back to your ex.
You want him to know you are having a great time without him and the people around you enjoy being around you because you are happy and fun to be around.
If you happen to bump into him during one of your nights out, it is OK to talk to him, but keep it short and casual just like you would with an acquaintance.
You want to pique his curiosity and get him thinking he may have made a mistake when he broke up with you.
