If you have to wear glasses all day long - like I was - get one that is weaker than the one prescribed to you.

Blinking is like a mini-massage to your eyes.
People with healthy eyes blink every 3 seconds or so while people who are myopic tend to stare for a long time. - If you eyes are tired, don't force it to stay open, Take 5 to 10 minutes to rest.
