- 1). Pick up your telephone handset.
- 2). Dial 20 followed by the last eight digits of the DFTS number. Make sure to drop the initial 9 in the DFTS number.
- 3). Wait for the ring tone. If the connection is permitted, you will be able to complete the phone call.
