- 1). Visit the Adobe software website, located in the resources, to find the file version of your player version. It should look something similar to 10.1.53.64 or 10.0.45.2. Write down this version.
- 2). Click the start menu and click on "My computer," sometimes labeled as "Computer." Select the folder "(C:) Drive," then select "Program Files," then "Modzilla Firefox," then "Plugins."
- 3). Copy the following file into the Plugins Folder, replacing the Version number with the one written down:
NPSWF32.dll (Version : 10.1.53.64)
flashplayer.xpt - 4). Open the Adobe Flex Builder 3 Programs. Select the "Windows" tab on the top of the page and click on "Preferences." Select the "General" tab, and then go to the "Web Browser" option.
- 5). Create a new external web browser, choosing your web browser as the location. You can now debug your flex applications in the selected web browser.
