I know some of you don't believe.
You think that the idea that ghosts can communicate, or that spirits are even real is silly...
and a bunch of new age nonsense as well.
I thought so too...
and it wasn't until I started actively exploring the ethereal realms with some of the techniques mentioned below, that I got first hand evidence that spirits DO exist.
(I don't like the word ghosts...
but for this article, we'll use it interchangeably with any energy that resides on the other side) There are MANY ways to communicate with spirits.

And I've read the arguments AGAINST the ouija board as well, which typically state that it's the people themselves who are moving the planchette around the board.
