- 1). Start by doing a bit of research on the style evolution of the Vidal Sassoon haircut. Notice the severe geometric influences in his work and the cultural influence he had over the mod style. Note his reinvention of the classic bob to get an idea of the scope of his expertise.
- 2). Visit your local beauty store and inquire whether or not they have a Vidal Sassoon hair-cut kit available for purchase. Buy a kit that has a set of very sharp shears, trimming shears, and a good electric razor used for finishing.
