Password-Protected Unlock

• 1). Press the "Back Arrow" key on your phone. This is located to the right of your trackball or trackpad.
  
  
• 2). Click "Unlock."
  
  
• 3). Type in your password in the Password Field.
  
  
• 4). Press your trackball or trackpad to submit the password and unlock the phone.
  
  

Keyboad Unlock

• 1). Press any key on your keyboard to view the unlock directions.
  
  
• 2). Press the "Star" key.
  
  
• 3). Press the "Answer" button while still holding down the "Star" key to unlock the phone.
