Women can experience anxiety attacks more than men.
Aside from the difference in hormones, the activities participated in by many women can trigger a lot of causes of anxiety.
A lot of people experience anxiety attacks without even knowing why they occur and what triggers the attacks from happening.
In truth, what causes anxiety for one person may be different for another.
There is no absolute answer to the question.
Although this is the sad fact to this disorder, there is a way for you to know what causes your own anxieties.
In order to do that, a person must learn to be sensitive in factors that cause their sudden attacks of anxiety.
This may be done by isolating oneself from a group of people and start observing the things that trigger to the feeling of anxiety.
Once you have determined these causes, you can start working out a plan that will help you avoid them.
One of the major causes of anxiety is lack of sleep.
By lack of sleep, we do not only refer to you closing your eyes and waking up after a couple of hours to attend to your responsibilities at home or at work.
Every person needs a good amount of sleep to make sure that the body and the mind is free from any sources of anxiety.
As much as possible, a person must try to attain seven to eight hours of sleep to help avoid sudden anxiety attacks.
Anger is also one common cause of anxiety.
When a person is angry this triggers a lot of negative emotions, and one of which is anxiety.
With the extreme level of emotion surfacing inside your psychology and body, this then leads to the feeling of being worried that something bad will happen out of your actions.
You also feel anxiety when you are mad due to the unpleasant possibilities that may happen in a particular confrontation or argument.
A person who is also overexposed to stress can invite anxiety attacks.
When a person is immersed in too much pressure and stress, this also ruins the possibility of a getting a good night sleep or a woman's eating habits.
If you can, always give your mind and body a time to relax or be away from work so as to retain a well-balanced body and soul.
This way, you will also be able to prevent yourself from experiencing anxiety attacks every now and then.
