Most of the health problems for a person with anxiety stem from his insomnia and poor diet.
Anxiety leads to a depressed condition of the mind which makes a person restless and unable to sleep.
He keeps tossing in the bed all through the night, and if he seeks help from alcoholic drinks the condition would worsen further.
In the morning he would not like to leave his bed and would hate any thing related to work.

Anxiety, if detected in its early stage will not need any treatment with drugs.
A person will have to come to terms with himself and he must realize the implications of his immediate surroundings.
He must realize his position in the society and concentrate on his responsibilities towards his family and job.
He must think over again and again about what really troubles him day in and day out.
A particular event like the death of a friend or credit card dues could shake any strong man.
But, most people come out of these situations virtually unscathed.
This is because of their positive attitude and the willingness to take things in their stride.
