Affiliate marketing is a system where a person will earn a commission every time a website visitor clicks on an ad for an advertiser. The business opportunity is for you to be able to place your ads selling a clients product or service on various websites to earn a commission.

There are hundreds of network marketing opportunities for you to choose from but I would recommend that you select a company that is a member of the Direct Sellers Association. Network marketing has a low cost of entry, typically $200 - $500 and immediately comes with a support team. A franchise business can cost anywhere from $5,000 to $500,000 or more depending upon the quality of the franchise but you will have a recognized name some training.
If you are just starting a business for the first time it is my belief that the right network marketing business can give you an MBA in marketing. For a low price, you will learn if you have what it takes to be a business success.
