There are some foods that I enjoy more than others and there are times that I will go miles out of my way to get what I am craving.
Have you ever done that? You know, when you get that "Craving" for something special.
Imagine if you had a craving everyday or worse two or more times a day! That is a problem that some face everyday and some do not realize it.
How Do You Fight The Craving Monster? Going "Cold Turkey" on favorite foods is not only difficult, it is almost impossible for most of us.
What is worse, if you are able to 'cut out' your favorite foods, you could over compensate with other foods.
This leads to little to no weight loss or even worse, additional weight gain.
To beat food addiction and your Craving Monster, you need to start a well-balanced nutrition plan that does not cut out your favorite foods completely but trains you to eat better, healthier.
The best nutrition plans slowly curb your cravings, you form a habit of eating that allows you to eat every day foods (including favorites) and you lose weight! Imagine going to your grocery store and still being able to purchase favorites, eat almost anything you would like and lose the weight.
