Attached to the cafe is an education center and store where health-related events take place during the week. The center has cooking classes, yoga, and meditation instruction. • Honey is a restaurant with an ever-changing menu depending on the season. Although Honey offers vegan and non-vegan options, the philosophy of respect is in every ingredient the restaurant uses (meaning organic and hormone-free meat, if you choose to eat meat dishes). Warm and friendly inside, Honey serves many small tapas plates and has a full bar, so this is an ideal group environment for sharing food and drinks. Past vegan options have included edamame hummus and an exotic olive plate featuring Alfonsos, picholines, oil-cured, gaetas, black and green Cerignolas, and orange-essence olives.
