I read this phrase on a forum and I was astonished.
This is obviously the opinion of a person that does not suffer from and does not understand how anxiety affects an individual's life.
I can only assume that the person wanted to say that it seems like this because people suffering from anxiety attacks are helped by everybody and they seem happy.
There is no connection between happiness and anxiety.
Happiness and anxiety are both created inside your soul.
But while happiness belongs there, there is not room for anxiety in your soul.
It is not natural.
There is no logical reason for it to exist.
Anxiety may appear due to an unconscious issue or to circumstances causing high levels of stress.
Regardless of the external cause, in most cases there is a low esteem issue beneath.
Happiness is always somewhere in your soul.
You may not be aware of it but it is.
Anxiety on the other side is not always there, but makes its presence felt.
It has different facets and can interfere with your life on all levels.
The only way to beat anxiety is to face it.
It may sound like a cliche but it is efficient.
When you see an anxiety attack coming, relax your muscles and breathe deep.
Your body will release endorphins and will not allow fear to cripple you.
If you do this, you will allow happiness to manifest itself and you will feel good.
This is the only way anxiety can even remotely look like happiness: by preceding it.
