How to Reset a Master Resettable Lock

    • 1). Enter the combination you are currently using with the resettable lock. If you have never used this lock before, turn the dials to "- - - -," or four dashes. This is the default factory code.

    • 2). Pull the lock housing and the cable apart. Locate and flip up the reset lever so that is lays flatly against the lock head.

    • 3). Select a new combination, then turn the four dials to enter the new numbers. When choosing a combination, use a number that is not easy to guess.

    • 4). Flip the reset lever back down again, taking care not to turn the dials as you do so. Connect the lock housing with the cable end. Twist the dials, securing the lock.
