Keep Your Feet Warm There is a study out there in Sweden that suggests that keeping your feet warm helps you sleep better.
I agree with the study.
I did my own research and discovered that when my feet are under the blanket, I fall asleep easily, but when it is sticking out of the blanket, it feels cold and tends to distract me from sleeping.
Think Ahead On the average, it is ideal to dedicate 8 to 9 hours for sleep every night.
However, to be able to sleep a little longer in the mornings, it is a good idea to get your things for the morning done the night before.
Things like selecting and ironing what you will wear in the morning the night before, bringing out whatever material you would need for the morning.
This way you can sleep in a little late knowing that all you need to do in the morning is get yourself ready and you are off.
Separate Your Bed From Your Office Bringing work to bed is one of the things that rob people off sleep.
Whether it is school work or work work, try and keep those books and files and what have you away from your bed.
Use your bed only for sleeping and related activities.
Bringing work to bed is never a good idea.
You do not get to execute the work efficiently and you do not get to sleep well either.
