First of all, they taste great! Second of all, they contain a solid amount of fibre in them (4-5 grams).
Fibre actually helps to give you more of a "full" feeling which will curb your hunger so you don't go on a binge.
The fibre will also clear out your digestive tract of all the crap (literally) that is stuck up there.
Believe it or not, but there is usually 3-6 pounds of that stuff up there! If you consume sufficient amounts of fibre, you can easily lose up to six pounds within a few days.
I recommend eating three apples a day.
Black beans are also a great source of fibre.

The truth is that extremely intense workouts do almost nothing to lose weight! These types of workouts are good for increasing your cardiovascular stamina, while fat burning takes place at a lower intensity.
Here is where the ten minutes of fun comes in! Every day, once you get home from work, go to your room pop in a CD and do jumping jacks, dance, or just jump around like an idiot! Do this for ten minutes each day and you will be burning boatloads of calories.
