You can do activities like walking, cycling, hiking, and running.
Start at a few days every week and move up from here.
Your exercise plan should not be tiring at the beginning since this keeps you from being consistent with your progress.
When you are able to speed up your metabolism, you get to burn more fat, get more energy, and generally live a healthier life.
