- 1). If the "Check Brush" light comes on, check the Scooba's brush. Press the filter eject button, located on the right side of the Scooba, to eject the filter-and-brush combination from the right side of the Scooba. Remove any obstructions from the brush, inside of the filter, and then slide the filter back into the slot on the right side of the Scooba.
- 2). Prime the Scooba's solution valve, if the "Check Tank" light comes on. Lift the Scooba's lid and then place the narrow end of the included suction bulb over the solution valve. Squeeze the suction bulb a few times to prime the solution valve and then replace the Scooba's lid.
- 3). If the "I'm Stuck" light comes on, clear your Scooba wheels of any foreign materials and place the device on a level surface -- follow this procedure if your Scooba beeps once, twice or five times. If the Scooba beeps three times with the "I'm Stuck" light on, ensure the device's bumper has a full range of motion. Clean the device's cliff sensors if it beeps four times.
- 4). Allow your Scooba to cool off, if the device beeps five times and the "I'm Stuck" light is not lit. If it beeps between one and four times with the "I'm Stuck" light off, then one of your Scooba's critical components has suffered a critical malfunction and needs to be serviced by a Roomba technician.
- 5). If the Scooba "Check Tank" light is lit, open your Scooba's lid and wipe any foreign matter from the device's solution valve. If there is no water in the Scooba's clean water tank and the dirty water tank is full, rinse out the device's clean water tank. Also, ensure that the battery and filter are properly seated inside of the device.
