You're simply misinformed about acne (as most people are). Acne doesn't have to be such a big deal in your life, just take it from someone who knows. The reason you still have to pick up "face wash" while grocery shopping has more to do with the groceries you purchase than any germs on your face. I'll help you out with a few tips to stay away from to avoid causing breakouts. For starters:
Azelaic Acid - natural substance that kills bacteria in the skin.
*Vitamin A - essential in healthy and hormonal balanced skin that helps eliminate acne.
*Vitamin E - guards cell membrane from harm, its antioxidant attributes aids in healthy skin.
Dandelion and red clover - Using these daily will help to clear the liver of toxins.
Zinc supplements - Taking these will help repair the tissue and prevent scarring of the skin. Vitamin A, and the B vitamins, all have important roles in the health of the skin. Vitamin A strengthens the skin, and a deficiency can lead to acne. However, it is important to note that an excess of this vitamin can also create pimples. Too much vitamin A can be dangerous, especially for pregnant women, who should not take more than 10,000 IU a day. Others can take up to 25,000 IU daily, and this is indeed recommended for treating acne.
Vitamin a supplements - These will help in severe cases of acne but you must consult your doctor as taking an excessive amount can be toxic.
Crush a small amount of pepper coupled with neem leaves. Also make a sandalwood mixture using water.
Put both these concoctions in one bowl, blend it well and now put this mixture on your face. Keep it for a minimum time of thirty minutes and then clean your face with lukewarm water. Wash your face with this mixture for a week and you will notice the amazing results. Natural acne cures are safe and you should always opt for them.
The common ingredients can be applied onto affected areas from 10-30 minutes. All you have to do is mix generous amounts of each ingredient for the following combinations:
1. Rose water and lemon/lime juice or fresh fenugreek leaves or sandalwood
2. Honey and cinnamon powder or pre-cooked single serving oatmeal
3. Papaya and sesame oil
4. Gram flour and unboiled milk or plain yogurt
5. Face mask (sour cream, yogurt, oatmeal and lemon juice)
