With buildings like the John Hancock Tower, Trinity Church and Boston's Public Library, the square is a draw for tourists. The square is also home to several quality eateries offering a wide range of dining options and making use of local seafood from the Boston area.

    • Located just 1/10 of a mile from Copley Square, Skipjack's Restaurant offers seasonal fresh seafood options. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week and when the weather is fine it also has a patio dining area. The menu offers a wide range of seafood, including sushi dishes and various shellfish. Live entertainment is available during Sunday brunch with jazz music providing atmosphere as you eat.

    The Palm

    • The Palm Restaurant is located just off Copley Square. Opened in 1996, it was the next in a 30-strong chain started in 1926 by Italian born friends John Ganzi and Pio Bozzi. The restaurant offers dishes that combine Italian and American Influences. Large 32-oz. steaks and 6-lb. lobster meals are good for sharing, or for big appetites.

    Globe Bar and Cafe

    • Located on the north side of Copley Square, the Globe Bar opened in 2006. It offers light lunches and dinners in a relaxed bar atmosphere. The menu consists of quality entrees such as pesto crusted salmon and lamb shank, as well as a range of classic American sandwiches and burgers. The Globe is open seven days a week from around 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.

    Vlora

    • Vlora restaurant is on the north side of Copley Square and offers healthy Mediterranean inspired dishes. The restaurant strives to produce simple food using quality fresh ingredients, producing quality Albanian, Italian and Greek dishes. Opening hours are from 10 a.m daily with evening dinner service running from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
