- 1). In the large skillet, saute the onions and peppers in oil.
- 2). Add the garlic salt and and black pepper.
- 3). Pour the mixture into a bowl and set aside.
- 4). In the same skillet, pan-fry the steak until it is brown. Remove it before it turns crispy.
- 5). Add the onions and peppers.
- 6). Place the cheese on the meat until it is slightly melted.
- 7). Use the spoon to transfer the cheese, steak, onions and peppers on the rolls and enjoy a delicious, healthier piece of history.
