- 1). Heat the skillet on medium-high until it's hot.
- 2). Add the ground beef and brown until the meat is no longer pink, breaking down the beef into bite-size chunks with a wooden spoon.
- 3). Fold a paper-towel into a smaller square and use the towel to drain all the grease away from the beef, being careful to not burn your hand. You will need to use several towels to soak up the grease.
- 4). Add water and milk as well as the pasta and spice packet from the package and stir to mix the ingredients.
- 5). Turn the heat to low and cover the skillet.
- 6). Simmer for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to thicken the sauce and ensure the beef and noodles cook evenly.
- 7). Remove the skillet from the heat and uncover, stir the cheeseburger mixture thoroughly and allow it to rest for 2 to 3 minutes so the sauce thickens before serving.
