Hi, I'm Linda Facci of Facci Designs, and today I'm going to show you how to finish the waist of a no sew tutu. So here are a few different options. If you made your no sew tutu out of ribbon, you just simply tie a bow, first tie a knot, then you would tie a pretty bow. That's probably one of the simplest ways. And that would be how you finish that waist. Now you can also make a tutu out of headbands. And so those are already finished. But you know what if your little girl's waist is you know, smaller than this, simply tie a knot and make it smaller. The tulle will cover this and hide it. And then if you're making a tutu out of elastic, just make sure when you put this around the little girl's waist that you stretch it a little bit and mark where you should be ending this. You don't want to I mean it should fit a little snug. So say it ends right here, you would simply, I'm not going to cut these but you can simply just safety pin them together. You can safety pin, you can tie back in a knot, or my favorite is sticky Velcro. So you would peel that off and I know these things can sometimes be tricky. All right. OK. And you put that on one end. I like to place this other piece right on top. Then you would stick it on the other side of your elastic. And that's how you'd finish the waist of a no sew tutu.
