How to Set Up a Center Speaker

    • 1). Place your speaker on a flat surface directly in front of your primary listening spot. The center speakers should be close to the same the height of your ears when listening.

    • 2). Set the laser pointer on top of the center speaker so that the laser points in the same direction as the speaker. Have a friend positioned in the primary listening position. Using the pointer, aim the speaker at the listener's ears. Use pads to keep the speaker in place.

    • 3). Enable your audio receiver to use the center speaker by turning on the surround-sound option. Surround-sound options may be listed as 5.1 or 3.1 audio.
