According to studies, stress is a major factor that contributes to allergies that can be accompanied by skin rashes.
Genetic predisposition, hormonal fluctuations, and excessive exposure to sunlight, all these things may also contribute to the development of skin rash.
Most cases of skin rashes are not harmful although they can really be annoying and irritating.
They can also be treated at home with the use of prescribed or over-the-counter medication.
Nevertheless, keeping the skin healthy is the best way to protect the skin from such conditions.
With proper diet, regular exercise, and a proper skincare regimen, a lot of skin problems like rashes can be avoided.
It would also help to minimize sun exposure so that the skin is not constantly exposed to harmful UV rays.
Furthermore, applying essential oil and moisturizer to your skin every day is a good way to keep the skin from drying and developing skin rashes.
