Lose Weight the Right Way

Losing weight and feeling great is something that a lot of people only dream about.
The reason why is because they decide not to follow after their dreams and give up halfway.
Why do people give up halfway? There are a lot of reasons as to why they don't make it through the process.
I'll give you two reasons why many don't make it through.
The main reason why people are not able to lose weight is because they make a goal that is so hard to reach that even the most determined person on the earth could not do it.
Come on, stop and think about it.
Most people think that they can lose 50 pounds in one week, or either lose 30 pounds in two weeks.
It is very easy to fall into this way of thinking.
Today you have so many diet pills and other things that tell you that you can lose 20 pounds or more in just a few days.
This is wrong and very unhealthy for you.
Why would they claim it on their bottles and television if you couldn't do it? The reason would be for the money and so they could get another sale.
When you make goals like that chances are you might give up before the second day because you know deep down that you can not do it.
Make goals that you can reach and if you can't then try and change it back to another goal that you can do.
A reasonable goal might be to lose 5 pounds in two weeks.
I know that does not sound like much but when you are first trying to lose weight it is going to be tough and you know that is a goal that you should be able to make if you put your heart into it.
The second reason people stop trying is because of their attitude.
After the second or third day they start thinking to themselves that they can't do it.
If you are thinking that then change it.
Learn to think in such a way that you get excited about losing weight.
When you are not feeling excited and pumped up with losing weight then you won't make your goal.
You are doing your body a favor with losing weight and that is all the more reason why you should be rejoicing.
Find some music that is really upbeat and happy.
Listen to it while working out and wake up knowing that today is a brand new day and you'll be able to lose that five pounds because your health depends on it.
