- 1). Saturate a cotton ball with acetone. Dab the cotton ball onto the Crazy Glue stain to soften the glue.
- 2). Peel the Crazy Glue off with a metal or plastic scraper (depending on the type of surface you are working with). Do not use a metal scraper on surfaces that are easily scratched.
- 3). Apply more acetone, if necessary, and continue scraping until all of the Crazy Glue is gone. Wipe down the surface with a damp rag.
- 1). Moisten a cotton swab with a small amount of acetone. Use as little acetone as possible to remove Crazy Glue from the skin. The less you use, the less likely skin irritation will occur.
- 2). Gently peel the Crazy Glue from your skin as it begins to soften using your fingers. Rub your skin with a rag to help loosen the Crazy Glue. Apply more acetone only if necessary. If you glue two fingers together, enlist a helper to apply the acetone to the bonded spot. Move your fingers back and forth to gently work them apart.
- 3). Wash the skin with warm, soapy water. Apply lotion to the skin to restore moisture after removal.
