So Now You are Ready to meet "Rosalita", who is She?
Continuing from Part I - Who is "Rosalita"
"Rosalita" is a human size two piece crystal skull (including a separate jaw) made from rose quartz about 13 pounds made by a master carver in China.
We met the carvers through a tv show done by National Geographic who featured a clear quartz skull similar in size and shape they made for this tv show - and over the summer of 2011, we spoke to the carvers and they surprised us when they offer this crystal skull as a gift to honor our work.
"Rosalita" arrived on October 27th and joined us on a tour of the U.S. although the spirit of this crystal skull (actually three people all shared with us a month before "Rosalita" arrived that this was the skull's name) came to us while visiting New Jersey in September.
But now, the main point of this two part series of articles: What considerations are there you must be aware of, if you have a two piece crystal skull, with a separate jaw verses having a crystal skull made of one piece?
Well first of all, you have to be very careful that top of the skull (with the upper jaw) doesn't keep bouncing on the lower jaw or the quartz could crack.
Next, how do you travel with such a crystal skull? To carry this type of crystal skullsafely and securely protecting both pieces? Well we had to come up with a solution for that and amazingly we did. We kept the plastic bubble-wrap sent by the Chinese carvers along with a small cardboard box they sent too. Fortunately we had a purple suitcase we weren't using so we could bubble-wrap the top part of the skull (with the upper jaw) and bubble rap the bottom part and put it in the small box. The top part of the skull with the box with the lower jaw fit perfectly into the suitcase, as if this suitcase had been magically waiting to become "Rosalita's" home.
However, next we wanted to have something for "Rosalita" to sit on - so we used "The Skull of Love" as an example (mentioned in Part I) and found an inexpensive lazy susan made from wood and this is where she sits. Plus this gives us the ability to turn the skull 360 degrees to show people.
So this is how we take care of "Rosalita and travel with her." But what strange things happened while traveling with her in the fall of 2011?
a) we met one of the Grandmothers of a council of 13 such women at a conference in Illinois near the Cahokia mounds for the 11-11-11, during a lecture, this Grandmother hear "Rosalita" speaking to her and told us "Rosalita" was asking to meet her and be brought to her. So when the crystal skull was presented, this Grandmother got a message and a healing.
-- I.e. -- so within a few days of receiving this crystal skull, she was already filled with a living consciousness who was sharing a loving and healing energy with the people "she" was meeting.
b) Katrina (my partner) became very ill during the early part of our travels after leaving Washington State and after placing "Rosalita" near her head as she slept that night, she woke up the next morning perfectly well.
c) when working with a transphysical medium near Seattle in the middle part of December (a transphysical medium is an individual who goes into an altered trance and other spiritual beings speak through him/her plus this medium had apported objects appearing through his body and around his presence) - while touching "Rosalita" on her temples, a 17 faced quartz jewel spontaneously appear in the left eye of the skull.
In any case, there are more stories to tell in the future about "Rosalita" and we hope to also do some research to test the energy that can be linked with such a skull that is a close approximation to our own human bone skull.
So to conclude, the experience of having a human size two piece quartz skull - taking care of it, traveling around with "Rosalita" and sharing this special skull with other people we meet has actually been very easy and balanced. But I would have to say having "her" around has changed our life forever.

Hope you enjoyed this two part article and perhaps one day you will have a chance to have such a crystal skull yourself.
