- 1). Print an online measuring tape from a website such as Reeds.com or Mytruefit.com. Check the print options on your computer to make sure the page will be printed normal size, or 100 percent.
- 2). Cut out the measuring tape with a pair of scissors and tape it together with a piece of transparent tape.
- 3). Wrap the measuring tape around your wrist, making sure the tape wraps around your wrist bone. Ask someone to help you if needed. Mark where the end of the measuring tape meets the rest of it.
- 4). Write your measurement on a piece of paper and add 1/2 to 1 1/2 inches, depending on how snugly you'd like your watch to fit. Look up your measurement on a wrist size chart at a jewelry store or online at watch retailer websites such as www.thewatchprince.com. If your measurement is not listed on the chart, choose one that falls into of the ranges listed.
