Getting The Muscular Female Physique

If you are dreaming of getting the muscular female physique than you need to read this. It isn't as hard as you think, but it does require hard work and dedication. When it comes to a female putting on muscle, it is probably one of the most difficult things. The female body just wasn't designed this way, but that doesn't mean with proper planning that this can't happen.

The first step is to understand the philosophy, adapt or die. This comes from Darwinism. This is the situation you want to put your muscles in. You need to put your muscles through hard workouts, so they think they have to adapt or they're going to die. This is the core to all bodybuilding and this is what makes muscles grow.

The second step is diet, diet, diet. Diet in this case is simply defined as the food we eat. A careful diet needs to be prepared in order to have the results. When you lift weights, essential you'll be tearing the muscle fiber and destroying the tissue. The process of building muscle is the muscle being rebuilt. It takes around 48hrs for the muscle to fully repair, so that means there needs to be a constant flow of protein going into your body to properly repair the muscle. This will require you to have a meal that contains protein every 2-3hrs.

The final step is being consistent with both your workout schedule and your diet. The one factor that will essentially determine if you're going to be successful or a failure will be your consistent behavior over time. If you flake and miss the gym, you'll fail. If you start skipping meals and miss the 2-3hrs threshold, you'll fail. If you're consistently going to the gym and consistently eating, you will succeed.
