Soft Reboot

• 1). Hold the power button on the device down until the screen blanks.
  
  
• 2). Wait roughly five to ten seconds for the power-down sequence to complete.
  
  
• 3). Press the power button again to restart the Flip Ultra.
  
  

Hard Reboot

• 1). Press the "Power" button, turning the camera off.
  
  
• 2). Press the end of the safety pin into the reset button located in a hole by the camera's tripod mount.
  
  
• 3). Hold the button for five to ten seconds.
  
  
• 4). Power on the camera again to complete the hard reset.
