Credit Card Comparisons - How to Do a Full Comparison to Get the Right Card For You

There are so many people these days that are stuck with a double digit interest rate on their credit card and this could have been for many reasons.
Whatever reasons they may have been this article should help you not to commit the same errors in judgement that most of us have done in the past by not only making proper credit card comparisons but also where to look for the best information on reviews of the different deals available on the market.
The first thing you should practice when looking at the different cards currently out there is patience.
There are always going to be some great promotional deals being given out by credit companies during certain parts of the year such as a one year no interest rate fee on your balances, but just in case you missed a current special, do not stress too much about it because there will always be another special right around the corner.
The second factor to deal is is how to skillfully study the credit card contract fully with precise detail before signing on the dotted line.
Just because a certain card will give you 100 dollars in credit for free just for signing up does not mean it is a great deal.
The credit card could have a whole boat load of extras worked into the small print at the bottom of the last page that could end up destroying you financially.
I once went for one of these specials and I thought that I was really getting a great deal until I found out that my APR jumped from 8% to 14.
3% in 6 months.
I was very frustrated ,and I eventually did a balance transfer to a new card, but I gained valuable experience from this lesson and vowed to never let any credit company ever catch me off guard again.
Just do not get reeled in by any special grace period offer that a potential new company will offer you because if you have a balance on your new card, whether you are still in the grace period or not, you will be charged interest on this balance unless its specifically noted in the contract that they will not charge you interest on any balance or transaction at all.
So in closing, to do a proper credit card comparison you need to : have patience and wait for the best deal, do a full read up on your contract, and study the grace period fully.
