- 1). Connect your phone to one of the USB ports on your computer.
- 2). Make sure the "USB Storage" feature of your phone is enabled. The process for enabling the USB storage feature will vary per manufacturer, so check with your phone's user guide for instructions if you are unsure.
- 3). Click the "Start" icon and click "Computer." Click the name of your cell phone in the list of devices to gain access to the phone's hard drive. Double-click the "Media" or "Music" icon to access the MP3 storage on your phone.
- 4). Open the folder that contains the MP3 songs you want to transfer to your phone. Click on an MP3 file and drag it into the MP3 storage folder for your phone. You can select multiple files at once by holding "Ctrl" while you click.
- 5). Wait for the transfer to complete before ejecting your phone and disconnecting it from your computer.
