Who Else Wants to Discover the Secret to a Flat Stomach and Ripped Abs Fast?

Okay, so you've tried everything to get that flat stomach and washboard ripped abs.
It seems like an impossible task, but it Is possible.
You firstly need to start stripping the fat from your stomach, this involves some type of cardio workout, I know what you're saying, "but I hate Cardio.
" So what is the solution? I would go through a list of all the cardio workout options available to you, and then try whichever one suits your style, ability and level, this is where most people go wrong, they choose something that they think they should be doing, but actually hate doing it, like jogging for example.
The one I would recommend is some form of boxing, there are so many boxing clubs around most cities, and they all do fitness classes, boxing is not just for beefed up fighters! Boxing works on the core muscles, that is the abs, and strips the fat.
Alternatively, you could invest in a boxing bag and gloves and hang it up in your garage or back yard, but the boxing classes will show you good techniques and it also gets you motivated, working out with other people in the class.
Push ups or press ups are very good for core body workouts, so do a few push ups, in a variety of ways, and you'll soon have a flat stomach As for getting ripped abs, use resistance training, in other words weight training, preferably free weights, this will tone your abs and eventually you will have ripped abs to show off.
You can also add circuit training, which burns fat fast.
Lastly watch what you eat, drink lots of water, eat high protein foods, and cut right back on sugary foods, this can be more damaging than high fat foods, just be sensible in what you eat.
