Many of the dishes served at Valley use ingredients from the Hudson River Valley, giving the restaurant its name. Dinner entrees include grilled scallops, a Wagyu flat-iron steak, pork chops with chorizo and duck breast in a pomegranate glaze. Valley is open Thursday through Saturday for dinner and Sunday for brunch. Reservations are recommended. The restaurant is closed during the winter months and re-opens in March.
