Mouth Watering Low Fat Desserts

Low Fat Mint Chocolate Truffles Dessert lovers will love these mouth watering low fat desserts.
It's true you really can have your cake and eat it too! Ingredients 4 ounces low fat cream cheese 1 -16 ounce box powdered sugar 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup semisweet mint chocolate chips 1/4 cup additional sifted powdered sugar Mint chocolate chips to decorate (optional) Preparation Place the mint chocolate chips in a microwavable dish and heat for 45 seconds.
Stir the morsels and heat for another 10 - 15 seconds or till melted.
Stir the melted morsels and let them cool.
Add the low fat softened cream cheese to the melted chips and beat with a hand mixture for 2 minutes.
Add 1 - 16 pound sifted powdered sugar into the cream cheese mixture and beat until well mixed.
Pour the chocolate mixture into an 8 inch square pan, cover and chill for 1 hour.
Cut the chocolate square into 40 pieces and roll them into round balls.
Place the balls on to a wax paper and roll one half of the balls in cocoa powder.
Sprinkle the additional powdered sugar on the other half of the chocolate balls and drizzle melted chocolate mints on the prepared chocolate balls.
These Low fat mint chocolate truffles can be stored for up to a month in the refrigerator.
Apple Crunch Cobbler Ingredients 1 cup instant oat meal 1 cup whole wheat flour 5 large apples 1 - 8 ounce can thawed frozen apple concentrate 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 - Can of non dairy whip cream Preparation Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and oil a 9X9 inch baking pan.
Cut the apples into thin slices.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and remove any lumps.
Spoon 1/4 th of the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread most of the apple slices on top of the mixture.
Spoon the remaining mixture carefully on the apples.
Top off the mixture with the remaining apple slices.
Bake the apple mixture at 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven.
Garnish the Apple crunch cobbler with non dairy whipped cream and serve warm.
Strawberry Pie Ingredients 1-16 ounce container of low fat strawberry yogurt 1- container of low fat whipped topping 1 pint of strawberries (sliced) 1 package chocolate, hone or regular graham cracker crusts Preparation 1.
In a large mixing bowl combine the strawberry yogurt and cool whip using a whisk mix well.
Add the strawberries and mix them in using a large spoon.

Pour the yogurt, cool whip and sliced strawberry mixture into the graham cracker crust.

Fill the crust with the strawberry pie filling.
Cover with plastic warp and place in the refrigerator until the pie filling is firm about 3 hours.

You can garish with any left over strawberries All of these desserts are not only delicious but a crowd pleaser as well.
