My name is Jamie Levine from Chefjamielevine.com, and today I'm going to show you how to make a cucumber sauce. So I'm going in a very refreshing route here. I am going to do a cucumber yogurt sauce with a little bit of dill, super refreshing, super light, perfect for any warm day. First you're going to start by peeling your cucumber and cutting it into quarters and then I took one of those quarters and we're just going to go about and thinly slice my cucumbers. Those get thrown into your bowl, every little bit of them does and next step is going to be to add a little bit of Greek yogurt, a little bit of lime juice. Based on the amount of yogurt and lime juice, you're going to want to stir it all up and see how thin it is and it's definitely your choice to make it as thin or as thick as you would like it. Now I kind of like mine a little bit on the thinner side so I'm going to go ahead and just add a little bit of water. You don't want to add more lime juice because you don't want it too limy, you definitely want to taste every other ingredient in there but just a little bit of salt, some pepper, dill, all chopped up, fresh dill. Give that a nice big stir, super simple. This is what your end product looks like. It can be held in the refrigerator ahead of time. My name is Jamie Levine. Thank you for watching.
