- 1). Log into PayPal. Click the "Virtual Terminal" button in the "Tools" section of your account page when you're ready to process the customer's payment.
- 2). Type the order details into the "Enter your order" online form. You'll need to provide currency information, the sale price of the item, shipping and delivery costs, and transaction type. Enter the customer's credit card or debit card type, card number and expiration details into the relevant input fields. Click the "Review" button when you've completed the form. This opens the Transaction Results page.
- 3). Click the "View/Print receipt" button to view or print a transaction receipt. Click the "View/Print packaging slip" button to view or print an address slip that you can attach to the package you're sending to the customer. Click the "Create a new transaction" button if you want to move straight on to process another telephone payment.
- 4). Click "My Account" in the top navigation menu. This displays your account Overview page, which will now include details of the payment you just received from the telephone order.
